build website and maintenance

im a small business owner for now I need a website build to show my customers im a professional and serious about business. I will like to have access to changing images as I complete projects to showcase my skills. I will have paypal in there to give options to customers who are credit card friendly. I would expect my website to have the security it needs to provide peace of mind to anyone who is visiting my site with their credit cards. I think paypal is taking care of that task not sure. however my site is simple one page with few templates and not looking for anything fancy.
