A Shopping Service website, I need Web Design and Development

Dear Programmers/Designers, I'm starting a new business that provides a shopping service where Egyptian customers can shop the top brands from USA and we buy the products and ship them for the customers. This makes it easy as most of the American websites don't ship to Egypt and sometimes they don't even accept our Credit Cards. Here we come to solve this Problem. It's name is "3ndena" It means "we have" in English. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are my main competitors. - The website has to work perfectly on all browsers and resolutions. - I want a full description of the process and a shopping Calculator on the homepage like [login to view URL] But I prefer the ordering process/description to be in a "flash movie". - Customers can register, login or login with Facebook. - They enter the links they want along with the quantity, color and size. - After the customer submits the order, an e-mail is sent to the admin to calculate the final charges including the customs, shipping and fees. - We Reply to the customer with the quotation and the e-mail template should contain the logo and a "Pay deposit" button to direct to the website to make the payment. - Credit card payment through Wallety (AAIB processing gate) + paypal and we'll have other options like bank deposit or request a runner. - Once the payment is received, order should be marked as Processing, Once we do the order and receive a track number, we'll update the status of the order manually to shipped then delivered and contact customer to arrange delivery to his/her door step. - We can put "recently bought items" but according to our budget, we'll see if we can do it or no. We have the domain and hosting on ipage but if you think the project needs more database storage and bandwidth, Please advice. Thank you in Advance.
