This is a simple website I need the following functions: - member area - client area - admin area client area: client can post a job they need submitted under there account they can see there job request they can see the stats of each job and the result of each job they can enter there paypal information where they get billed member area: they can search available projects and select them see there project complete see there payments and amount earned admin manage clients and members update/admin projects etc. this is the function of the site, the client visits the site and post there ad that they would like posted on CL and the amount they are willing to pay for each submission, they they need to escrow X amount of money towards there project. The members get an automated email every time someone post a new project. Multiple members can accept the project. They then submit to cl, the automated email will go to the system some how and log the posting (thats for you to figure out how to track it) the system will then confirm the listing and subtract each post fee from the client and pay it to the member. the client can log into there control panel to see all the details of their project. the member can log into there control panel and see all the project there working on and how much they have made. the admin will have the ability to set prices for each project posted, processed, etc. member area
