Design new widget and setup classified wordpress theme

Hello, WordPress masters needed for this simple project. I have have a SITEMILE classified theme which is installed on the server. I need help to setup the categories, locations, and widgets. Here is what I need. 1. Design simple header- see attached 2. Add carousel widget - already part of theme but needs to be positioned. 3. Add categories and locations to theme - see attached list of categories I have on new widget 4. Design new list of "categories widget" - This will be done after categories are added to theme. See my sample design and location. Also, I want to see if the taxonomy count info can be added to new category widget. See original category listings on theme. 5. Add proper spacing between all widgets - See attached - this sample site is how I want mine to look. I will provide link and access to theme admin panel. Documentation has step by step info.
