Design of Interactive Fitness Website

This is a fitness website, which should have a live twitter feed that goes along the top of the screen that automatically updates. This should remain at the top of the page regardless of where the user is on the site. There needs to be a "login" option for users to get beyond a certain level to get information on the article, video and downloads pages e.g. gold and silver levels. Gold=all access, Silver= partial access. We need to be able to set these parameters as and when we choose. The website will have the following pages: Home - will have snippets of the latest articles which when clicked on will take them directly to the articles page, the newest vid should be displayed and will do the same thing as the articles. The list of services that we provide will have direct links for the user to click on. Personal Training - info about our service Bootcamps - info about our service Programmes Downloads - laid out in order of date in sub categories to be clicked on to view all programmes appropriate to the topic e.g. fitness, strength, speed, etc. click on one of these to see all programmes under the respective heading, then when programme is selected they can be downloaded. Will have restrictions on certain programmes which require the user to login. Team - block picture format, when you click on trainer profile there picture comes forward as well as information, background darkens but they remain on the initial team page when they close profile, background lightens again News - regular update of what is going on, to be easily updated from the back control panel Articles - under sub categories with the same format as programme downloads, but articles can only be read on site. Exercise - pictures of a man and woman who when you hover over different body parts will highlight a muscle group so user can look at all exercises for that body part.
