It would have several advantages over these like much higher security, faster to access and ability to import large data sets very quickly among others. Please note that access and Excel files are prone to corruption too and that is most certainly not the case with SQL. 2. We will develop a backend layer to easily update/edit this sql database which would also be web accessible . 3. We will additionally write routines to directly import the excel file into this online secured db. 4. We can start immediately.
