Create custom profile pages for our Joomla website

Project Description: I want o build a joomla site for new singers/dancers. I need a profile creator with the followinh attributes: SIGNUP 1. 3 different types for SIGNUP (singer/dancer/visitor) (three buttons for example) 2. Signup Form will have the following fields: username/email/password/confirm password and submit 3. Users can log in to their profile any time and populate it with info BUT ONLY after they have verify their email address! 4. Profiles will not be activated to the public UNLESS the administrator allows it (upon activation, each profile should provide the administrator with a link in order to add it to a catalogue) 5. Administrator should be able to manage AND activate/deactivate profiles LOGIN 1. Login form with a drop down list to choose between multiple profile like models/singers/dancer/and other media talents (example: [login to view URL]), 2. Password Reminder PROFILE 1. Owner of the profile should be able to change all his info 2. Administrator should be able to add/remove fields of the profile form Profiles should look like this [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] EXAMPLE: a form should be like [login to view URL] but the administrator should be able to add: e.x other fields. 3. Profile users should be able to upload one main picture and multiple adittional pictures 4. Profile pictures should be protected - visitors shouldnt be able to save them. 5. Visitors profiles should be simplier and without pictures 6. Registered visitors should be able to ADD comments to the profiles + a rating 7. Profile owners should be able to erase their profile completely UPON REQUEST (administrator will do it) 8. Administrator should be able to rank profiles to these categories: standar/vip/royal 9. Visitors shouls be able to see different profiles depending on their ACCESS LEVEL (standar/VIP/royal) (standard and VIP should be open to all visitors BUT Royal only to ROYAL MEMBERS) The access level a visitor can have is (standar/vip) AND Royal (2 categories) ADDITIONAL INFO: 1. This component/module/plugin should be expandable and working with joomla translation(joomfish) 2. I need one month support just in case something goes wrong 3. Administrator should be able to edit/expande/delete/rank ALL Profiles 4. Its a project that needs speed and acuracy 5. It would be grate if signup/login/profileEditing, could be made with a lightbox popup effect
