Convert jQuery Script to PHP/MSSQL Program

Hi there, I have an existing script which has been written in jQuery. and I need this converted to PHP/MSQL This is a simple jobboard, joblisting script. Features it must include. - Packaged so it is easy for a new user to install, and can be sold as a program package. - Header & Footer must have an HTML Template, with CSS so the graphics & Branding can easily be changed - Paypal Intergrated, same as the original script. - Jobs must be able to activate once a listing is paid for via paypal. - An admin area, same as this script where you can add/remove categories, add or remove listings.
