Complete custom online business

Hi I have a great idea for a business I want to start up. I need someone to create this entire site for me so it runs pretty much automatically. The business I want to run is a business where people can signup up and pay a small monthly fee to rent an online business. A person can then choose from one of the many types of businesses we will have to offer and then within a few minutes they will receive all they need in order to run their business. Everything will be setup automatically. The whole process will include choosing the type of business to rent, the layout they want for the business, ordering a domain for the business or using a domain the customer already has, setting up the domain account on the server, setting up the template with the backend software. Etc. I am not really sure how this all will work so all the ideas you might have will help. The client is renting a business so they will need to be restricted in such a way that they can not download the business in terms of database, backend software etc. This can only be done by paying a set release fee. This process should also be automatic in such a way that if a customer pays the release fee their business is released and they gain full access of everything. Until the release fee has been paid, everything is owned by us, however when a customer orders a business a contract is signed stating that the customer is entitled to purchase the package by paying the release fee or after the customer has been paying the monthly fee for a minimum of 1 year. The customer owns the domain, but it is registered in our name until the customer pays the transfer fee for the domain, etc, etc. we will get into all that stuff later. I need everything done here. I have at least 6 types of businesses already made but might want some more created. I will need at least 10 different templates for each business.
