I need someone to design a website that transfers the user to a second link and, after a period of five seconds, submits a link on that second links page. The only issue is that the second link does not work properly if embedded in a web page. It has to be the primary form (unless you trick it somehow). Furthermore, you cannot use any plugins that need to be downloaded on the client side as it is not practical to ask the user to download plugins etc. in this instance. I do not care what language you use, whether it be java, asp.net, php. I just want something that works.
