Build a video streaming Website with chat / social media

Build a basic website with video player and banner ads and social media / chat Similar to [login to view URL] without the search function or text below the main video player Left columns will have the logo and 5 links to 5 secondary pages Logo will be supplied. Pages must have all header information (description, name, etc) and be fully SEO Top row over the video player will have the banner ad. You supply the code to connect to Google to rotate the banner ad every 2 minutes, for the main page and the secondary pages. Ads to be 728 x 90 leaderboard (preferred) or 468 x 60 banner (optional) [login to view URL] Determine the users device (ipad portrait, iphone portrait, computer desktop, android phone portrait, etc) and automatically adjust the display size to match their device. [login to view URL] On iphone and android phone allow the user to select full screen for the video player. On other devices require the user to watch the banner ads, and view the chat window. The remainder of the page is the embedded JW video player and chat window Site will include the chat window It will NOT include the 'follow, subscribe' Get The New ESL Subscription, etc' The entire webpage will fit into one full display page. Chat window must be usable / functional on IOS, Android, and all desktops. Code required is for: * determining the users device (ipad, computer desktop, android phone, etc) and automatically adjusting display size * rotating the banner ads, everything else is static link. (index page, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc) * chat window / backend functionality; including automatic moderation / banning abusive or foul language This one DOES have a social media component Total website is 6 pages - index page plus 5 secondary pages Do NOT bid on this if you do not understand the full requirements.
