I need a website similar in nature to Journalisted.com. Each journalist should have a profile page with contact information and a picture. Uploading contact information to create a profile page should be easily done using a CSV file. There will also need to be a payment step involved. More details will follow. Please indicate if you will be building it on a current CMS system.

Hi, i looked at the sample page. I can develop what you need from scratch to make in unique. I would not use eny exsisting CMS because you are bound to that cms and restriction. I would rather implement a small custom cms for this project. How ever CMS like Joomla or Typo3 are possible. From a timing point of view there will be no big difference if i would be done on a custom cms or exsisting cms framework.
