Build a Website Based On Existing External Websites

We want to create a website that is based on external website. The website we are going to create is just act like mirror to those sites. The main purpose of the our web application is. Login with username & password on external website and Get Data & Post Data Back to the external websites. Behind the scenes. We wanted to use Curl LIb for this. The task is simple and straight forward. You do not need to design CSS and Other fancy stuff. We need to the done work as what we need. And your code must be well commented to understand.
