MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%. - Must be a standalone website. - No Autoblogs or any Auto site/blog tools. - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing before payment. - Must contain related images/bookmarks/articles to niche topic. - Unique organic traffic (no bots, no traffic buy sites, no force clicks, no paid advertisement, no cafe clicks). Traffic and clicks must by White Hat only. - Have Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense. - I will provide you with my web hosting information. • Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked). • Provide instructions on how to direct and increase the traffic thereafter or give a proposal to maintain the site on a monthly/hourly base and each time payment will be sent after the last months earning proof is received.. Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within AdSense "TERMS OF SERVICE". I cannot risk my AdSense account and the site can not be penalized in searches. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY! Payment will be made AFTER consistent income being generated for 45 days (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum $25 to $40 USD per day for 45 full days). I will hold the payment for 45 days until this has been confirmed. No partial payments will be made. I am sorry for this but I just want to make sure it works right. If the site can earn the upper limit for the full 45 days (that is $45/day), I will give you a bonus on top of the actual payment after 45 days.
