Autoinstaller script

Hello freelancers. If you are in seek of 5 stars review, and you can work fast, please answer to this question, to avoid automatic bidding.. This is what I hate the most :) 5+1+2= ? I want a very small PHP application script (a autoinstaller) in 2 steps, that do this: STEP 1: The user insert his database and password Then NEXT STEP 2. I have a [login to view URL] - already populated with important info. When the user clicks NEXT - then the data base show - error if informations are not correct --> BACK - success if the database is popualted with my db.sql. That's it. It's a matter of maximum 1 hour, so may the cheapest and fastest freelancer won a few bucks and 5 stars. Thank you
