AutoSurfing WebSite

I have a website that needs an "Extreme Makeover" I need a fresh new look. You can use any part of the script that I have if you need to, but it does have a few gliches. I would need all files and images so I could edit if or when neccesary. Most important...I need it to look professional! This is how my website works: I have two membership levels: Free and Serious AutoSurfers. The top 10 members that surf the most credits in each membership level split the "Pool" of money. Live stats let them know where they stand in the race. I use E-Gold Primarily. I need to upgrade members as soon as they upgrade through e-gold. At the end of every month I need the script to reset the user credits, site credits, members' membership level, and E-mail me the month's stats. I would like an area where I can pay who I owe money to (E-Gold). I need this website to look professional. The websites don't need credits the way I use my website. I would like them enabled or not enabled. But I would like stats to see how many times the sites are being shown. Easy to edit. News section on all pages.(excluding surfbar) Stats section on all pages.(excluding surfbar) Banner on all pages (including surfbar) I also have an Admin Area where I can edit Members, Sites, Banners, ect. I need to be able to e-mail differant groups of people (Free Members, Serious AutoSurfers, Inactive Members, or All Members)
