PROJECT NAME: Appointment management website 12/01/2012 SCOPE: The project is to develop an Appointment Management System (AMS). The primary use of the AMS would be in a Spa. The system should allow for the consumer to register and login to schedule appointment. Once the consumer logs in, they should be allowed to: • Select the desired service • Select the date and time • Select the servicer Once the request, has been place, a notification will be sent. Front- and back-end work is required. DESIGN CONCEPT: Design concept will be provided to qualified vendor during the bidding process. HOSTING: The final solution will be hosting by godaddy.com. Please check their website for hosting configuration. PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Money will be Milestone and release upon successful test. COMMUNICATION: TBD (To be determined). We can co-ordinate best available times after selection. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full ownership of the software/application will transfer to me.
