Additional Auction Module

I have an auction site with cake PHP based script that need additional module as below requirement. Please be aware that some script may be encrypted by ioncube. I called my requirement as reserved [login to view URL] detail feature as follows,the auction is limited for certain number of member. I defines a limited number of seats and limited number of bids in admin panel. Auction runs for a specific number of hours (also pre-defined in admin panel) when all seats are sold. Every user who wishes to participate in this Auction must buy a seat before he could participate in that auction. When user buys a seat, they get a pre-defined number of bids for that auction and they are not charged for placing those bids on specified auction. However, they cannot use these credits on any other auction. I need for serious provider only, show your similar result of your job. I will not consider provider without this sample. No payment until the module tested and working properly.
