Customer Manager and Portal System

I am searching for an experienced developer in PHP and web application development to create a customer management system, with a customer portal. Must be experienced in PHP, MySQL, web application architecture, web software security, user interface design with HTML to create a basic, easy to use interface. The full specification sheet is attached. Basic modules to be developed are: 1. Contact & company management 2. Support case/ticket management 3. Sales lead management 4. Electronic forms (integration with a php form builder) Please read the specification sheet carefully and send a message if you have any questions. Targeted turnaround time for this project is 2-3 weeks if possible. Developer will be asked to provide status reports of progress as well as provide a complete working demonstration of product before delivery of code, so any missing features or broken functions can be corrected. You may be required to sign an NDA to work on this project if you are selected, we will provide this standard NDA agreement.
