Content Cleaner / Spyware Cleaner

A program to detect and remove spyware/adware on demand as well as detection generically and or heuristically. Program should be capable of monitoring files such as hosts file and the registry etc. Program should also be able to monitor dll's hooked to explorer. iexplorer etc and warn if new ones are added with option to remove the hooking method in the registry. (optional) Program should also have the ability to remove temporary files, visited url history and securely delete and shred files so that they are unrecoverable on Fat32 and NTFS drives. Should contain the same features as other major content cleaners and eliminators. Program should have a nice and professional looking but easy to use graphical interface. Ability to block browser and messenger service popups is desirable too. Secure registration scheme. Code in Delphi only please. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
