Command line app to track timing between hops on email

We need the development of a VB command line app named [login to view URL] The command line may not have any GUI and outputs all info to a log file called [login to view URL] VB6 is a requirement! Here is what it needs to do: Our mail systems and equipment span 8 servers and 2 time zones. Each and every email that comes in from the internet must be accepted by our gateway (server1), delivered to out anti-virus systems(server2 and a time change), delivered to our IMS's (server3) then to the mailbox server itself(server4). We have: 4 server1's 2 server2's 8 server3's 36 server4's The email picks up header information every time it goes through one of these servers. Just like a tracert, a mailtracert would show the timings and systems from hop to hop. It needs to ouput in a log file the timings per hop. Each hop starts at a new line. The parameters are read from a file ([login to view URL]). The parameters are: - SMTP Server name (through which the mail is sent) - OPTIONAL SMTP Server username (secured SMTP) - OPTIONAL SMTP Server password - POP3 Server name - POP3 Username (to log in to the mailbox) - POP3 Password Only VB6 bids are accepted ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
