I want a report to be written about Delphi 5. It needs to be written in a way that a person not familiar with programming will understand. It should contain advantages and disadvantages leaning more on the advantages of using Delphi 5over other programmes when creating a web site. How a program can be altered once it is written in Delphi 5 use an example going through the stages of how something can be changed.
