Bring members in my Orkut Community(repost)

Hi, I need members in this community at Orkut <[login to view URL]> I am willing to pay upto 1$ per 10 members added and actively participating ( 1 relevant post in say a couple of days ). Preferably the new members should be from the Americas, and Europe Regions ( not a essential ) Any new member that is added this way should scrap the owner of the community <[login to view URL]> so that i can keep track of how many members are brought in from your side.
