Converting and modify osCommerce module for CRE Loaded 6.2 Pro

I have a Cre Loaded 6.2 Pro with SP1. For this store I want you to convert a osCommerce module so i can use it in CRE Loaded. I also want this module modified and add some functionality. This is the osCommerce module: [login to view URL] It is a group discount module that enables me to make customer groups and give a different % discount for each customer group. I want some changes in this module as follow: 1. I want to be able to select per group if the prices are to be shown with or without tax. In my country the Retail price are always shown with tax and the price for the wholesale customers are shown without tax. So for every customer group we have to be able to show price with or without tax. So example for two of my customer groups i want to show prices with tax and for 1 other group i want to show prices without tax. 2. I want to be able to set an override value pr category. Let's say I give my wholesale customers 40% but in some categories I cant give more than 20% and in some categories I need to be able to give mybee 70% discount. This must be done in an easy way. So what i need is a list in admin who shows all my categorys and there has to be a field for each customer groups on each category where we can set the % overide value. On this fields we will fill in how many % the customergroups get for each category. Eksampel: Category T-shirt: Customer group1 0% - Customer Group2 20% - Customer Group3 35% Category Jackets: Customer group1 0% - Customer Group2 28% - Customer Group3 45% I want this delivered as a module with complete install instructions for a clean CRE Loaded 6.2 Pro (SP1) version.
