AWS DNS zone spoofing proxy with WHMCS module

I need a DNS proxy system like playmo.tv. The DNS backend will need to use Amazon AWS with MySQL. A WHMCS module will need to be written to communicate with the AWS system, allowing the user to update their active IP and change their AWS location (IP). The service will need to successfully proxy all the services listed here: [login to view URL] iptables NAT with dedicated IPs will be need for things like the mobile ssl for some of the services but you should probably know this already if you know what you're doing. I've had a bad experience with freelancers in the past with providing extremely inefficient spaghetti code garbage, and I do not, and will not accept this kind of work. If you don't know what you're doing, please do not bid on this project.
