I have a degree in computer science and seven years post grad experience using java among other languages. I will define MS Access as the data source and connect to it from the Java application using JDBC or ODBC and write the logic to run bank accounts from the java application. However you have not defined whether the interface required is Swing or command line. Please let me know.
