Need a small windows program to upload clients details It needs to be able to send reminders out via email and Physical letter The physical letter part I would like to know if this would be sent automatically over the internet through a mailing company and would this be subscription based? Or would it be better to send it physically yourself? Demos of how It would look and perform would be great also having the clients details linked to a letterhead template so its easy to switch over details so clicking a client automatically sends their address to the letterhead so the letter is ready to be written or sent. In your proposal please state what you can do for me the reasons why and anything different you would do If all of this is understood please put purple at the "bottom" of your proposal

Hi I would suggest a subscription based mailing company solution rather than sending it yourself. However if you are low on budget you can possibly do it yourself for now and in the future can send it via automated process. As far as letterhead templates are concerned, do you have one template per client or you have one for all clients. What format you have this letterhead template in? With 300+ successful projects my actions speaks louder than words. Please let me know if you want to get the ball rolling. Regards Sam

Well, sending the Physical letter through the mailing company is also feasible but i would recommend you to send manually at this stage, you add this in next update. You may have the windows program for this and i would recommend you to have a web based program so that you can access from different locations. purple
