Data scraping from a website

Hi, I need someone to help with data scraping from a website. We need product pics copied to our server, names, prices, and some other text from the source website. Pls show me similar works, and I will provide details. Please note that the script you will make will be provided to us, and setup by you using cron job, so that we can automatically perform the fetching on regular intervals ourselves. When this happens, the previous products will be overwritten if the product prices have changed, or any other specs have changed (except for the name) If new products are found, they will be appended/stored in the db, and if some products are not found in new scraping, then the previous ones on my website will be put out of stock on my site by your script. I will provide the db of my website to selected coder. I need data scraped from www.l e a t h e r u [login to view URL] (remove spaces) on daily basis using the script you will provide which will update pics (place/import them on my server), product names, stock status, product price, description and other fields as per my needs which I will specify etc. If new products are found, add them. If previous products are not found, put them out of stock on my site If previous products are found as is, no change, then dont change those on my site, but change the ones in above conditions.
