Data base for a Real Estate School

I need a data Base program for a Real Estate School. The program needs to have the following: 1. To be able to open and use this program I must create and enter a password. In case I forgot the password I can remind myself with a security question or something like that. This is sensitive information and must be secure. 2. Name of the Licensee, Last name, License #, Occupation (select from BK, BL, SL) expiration date (only 4 choices to select, March 31 even years, September Even years, March 31 Uneven years, September Uneven years), Email, Telephone #, Price, Source, notes (where I can write my comments), I want also to be able to check an asterisk by selection for students whom are preferred customers. 3. The menu bar should be on top and should contain the following button: File: Open, New (to enter new student), Save, save as (to be able to save on a disk or hard drive), Exit. Search: I need to be able to look up a student with a “look up button” from the menu bar by license #, first name or last name when someone calls me. View: Be able to view in different friendly formats and print them as well. Help button, where I can send you an e-mail in case I need to add or modify the program. 4. I need to be able to back up and/or save my data base in a hard drive and on a cd rom in case my computer gets damaged. 5. I need to be able to re-install the program in any computer. 6. I need to be able to gather or select a group of expiring licenses and send them a reminder email for them to contact me or a particular individual by selecting them from my menu. 7. Be able to customize email contents and use by default by selecting from several options. 8. Any suggestion? Please send me past work of you for my review.
