Creating a Wordpress Plugin Related to tags and header image change

See detailed requirements ## Deliverables ## The site is [[login to view URL]][1] The site is hosted on Blue host, uses Weaver Theme 2.2 and Wordpress in Hebrew 3.2.1. The site will soon be upgraded to the latest version of wordpress. I want the plugin to perform the following functionality: Customize the header image for Tag Pages and to posts under specific tags. The site has several tag pages, and more will be added in the future: [[login to view URL]][2] [[login to view URL]][2] etc.. I want to have a menu in the admin panel to be able to change the header image for each of these tag pages and posts in that tag. In this menu I should be able to upload images and set them as the header image of a certain Tag page. The solution should stand future upgrades of wordpess and the theme. The final product will be a plugin that will be sent to me as a zip file. All the work will be done off my site. As the first stage, the freelancer will submit a draft layout for the administration panel on a powerpoint file. The freelancer should: Have experience in PHP and Wordpress.
