Comparison Sites

Hi, I am involved in the incoming tourist trade. My job entails me to search for airfares to and from various destinations so that I can put together a packaged holiday deal. As I work with a few airlines I would like to know whether or not I would be able to search various airlines at the same time for the same destination. So for example, if I wanted to search Paris to Cyprus , I could search with Air France, Cyprus Airways, British Airways , Aero , etc . If this type of searching is possible then I would like to be able to put max and minimum prices. The software should also send me via email, on a daily or hourly rate an email should the prices change for that particular search. This is required, because if I do a search today for a flight, the price could be X. By the time we get a reply from the companies that offer those packages, the new price could be X+ or could be X-. This is important for me as I cannot keep changing prices for packages I create, so the fluctuation of the price could cause me to loose money on a transaction. I have one reference site that does this but does not have the functionality of sending me an email with price changes : [login to view URL] . The other site that does comparison but for hotels is [login to view URL] , this site searches all the reservation sites for a specific hotel and date and compares the prices. The software will be accessed through a website with login details for various users. As I plan to have colleagues of mine who do the same process with me use the site, I would like to charge a monthly fee for this service. I await any further suggestions or ideas that may help me to get this process done. Please note that I would like to clearly be told the price that the freelancer will do this project for and not to bid just for the sake of a bid and then be told another price while discussing the project. If a price cannot be posted then a price per hour and the hours needed to finish the project. Thank you
