Classic ASP Quick Project

I am looking for someone to finish a project that is near completed. the only thing that will need done is to make it functional, most all the code is written already. The end result is: 1) For the application form to check the database for existing duplicate entries and if one is found will alert the user of a message of my choosing, then may or may not allow them to revise their app on file. It will allow them to revise it if they ar not listed as ineligible for rehire, and after verifying their identity. (smost is already coded) 2) For the form to upload the users picture (a required field) (already coded) 3) The application that the admin will be viewing will display a scaled down version of the image on file for that applicant. 4) save all the records to database (Already coded) You will need to complete this project and make it so its functional. All code is attached for you to examine. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. 4)The timeline for this site is very important. If the worker does not meet the requirements for the timelines or deadlines, whatever work they have done must be submitted to this post on Vworker, and all posted work will become the property of the employer. The employer will own the copyright(s). 5)If worker falls behind the deadline, worker will not be paid and employer will select a new worker immediately. (If you don't think you can meet the deadlines, please do not bid, or ask that the deadlines be re-negotiated.) 6)If this project ends up going to mediation/arbitration, and the worker loses the arbitration, then all project files, programming, images, etc. become property of the employer without compensation.
