Individual and vendor. 2) Vendors can add/edit their requirements (Admin approval) 3) Individuals can view vendor's requirement and offer their service. 4) vendor shortlist individuals from the application and award the job. 5) After complete job individuals can send invoice. 6) vendors and individuals can download/print invoice.
