Automated Gumtree Posting Script/Software - repost

I'm looking for someone to create a basic windows programs that once set up will let you automatically post ads to gumtree and easy to use. I need someone familiar with gumtree and what information is needed to be able to post. You may already have a software to hand, aslong as you can show it me working - I will consider it. I must post all posts, sucessfully etc. There is software out there, but i would rather my own and would like to work with the person who creates for along time doing other things together. I would like to be able to post the same ad to different regions of the Australia without gumtree blocking the ads. I would also like a report of which ads were successfully posted and rejected. Any one with experience in this feel free to pm me and I am new to this. The software then needs to be fully tested to ensure its working. Skills required: PHP , Software Architecture
