Amazon SNS - iPhone and Android push notification

We want to develop a php based form, where we register our tokens (android and iPhone) extracted from a MySQL Database into Amazon SNS. Register the iPhone tokens into the iPhone Application ARN and register the Endpoint to a specific Topic Register the android tokens into the android Application ARN and register the Endpoint to a specific Topic the second step is to have a form which will send the push notification, and broadcast the push to all the devices (Broadcast to the above 2 Topics from the same form)
