Amazon MWS - pull several types of data

I need to get and send data from Amazon MWS. Pulling unshipped and shipped orders, and sending updated files to amazon - once unshipped orders are shipped and shipped orders are added their tracking numbers. This is phase 1 of 3, and ideally you will also have skills to pull data (tracking numbers) from emails and be able to input them to above mentioned file (phase 2), and the ability to code if/then statements that would be used to integrate with iMacros ([login to view URL], phase 3). Several languages can be used for these tasks, and I am interested in a unified and coherent code. 1. I need to pull from amazon the following data - a. unshipped orders b. shipped orders without tracking number 2. save two files for each type (shipped and unshipped) a. file with standard name (i.e. [login to view URL]) b. file with standard name and date stamp (i.e. [login to view URL]) 3. have the program run once opened or at set time (i.e. 9pm local time) if the program is already open 4. button and some sort of trigger mechanism to upload "standard name" file back to amazon once data is inputted on our end - i.e. unshipped orders get shipped, and shipped orders without tracking numbers are added the tracking numbers.
