Hi, I'm looking to have an adware toolbar developed for the purpose of delivering advertisements. Once user has installed toolbar I should be able to initiate pop unders by targeting urls. More details will be given through PM. In general, I'm looking for an adware expert. I'm not sure the proper budget for a project like this so I'm making the budget extremely vague.
