Custom Facebook Multi Application Script - Newest API

I am looking for a custom application for Facebook. I would like the multi app admin application to have the following features: Applications should have the new api and open graph api integrated Ability to use app with database Apps should be added on admin panel with only a login from facebook. Ability to enter Facebook application settings and permissions Multi App Admin Panel Ability to create groups by country(geoip rotator to country defined) Ability to place widget code in a seperate box from app lander and content page Ability to edit app lander and content page Specific section for app landing page with the ability to enable or disable Specific section for invite page as well as actual content page Ability to post to users wall and friend's wall and a section designated for this purpose App request section with the ability to enable or disable app request invites, ability to enable or disable auto loading of the app request dialog box, ability to enable or disable force invites, and the ability to enable or disable force counting. Also with the app request section a space for entering the invite header, invite message, force invites header, force invite message, force counting header, force counting number, force counting message before the number and force counting message after the number. Ability to be able to batch to users, but mainly the ability to batch(configurable to how many users I want) and a section dedicated for this specific purpose. (ability to schedule the batches) Status bar which tells me how many users the app has total, how many users the app has gained in the last 5 minutes and shows either a green check or a red x letting me know whether the app has been deleted or feed disabled(I can show you the code for that) (red x) or if the app is still alive (green check). App User Spreading + rotator (I can explain more - its something very easy). The script should be decrypted so I can edit it if I encounter any modifications.
