Complete Magento Website Project

If you're not a MAGENTO and PAYPAL expert don't read this!!! I need a Magento complete website development service. A few people who doesn't have magento experience tried to build up the website. They all failed, I'm looking for someone who had VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, who has A LOT OF MAGENTO experience. If you don't have very good comments here, and don't have magento experience, please don't apply. Requirements 1 - You will remove all the magento files from the server. And you will install the LATEST magento version. I've selected this layout: . You will install this magento theme. 2 - On the bar there will be drop down menus. 3 - The Store Catalog Section On the left has 3 Categories. First Category has 15, Second category has 4 and Third Category has 3 items. This is also going to be on the top bar, under products as drop down menu. 4 - Index page. Right side will have Advertisement Images (something like 150x100, we will decide the size together). We will be using similar ads on other pages. 5 - Some some categories have 5-6 sub-sub categories. Example: Products: Category A - Category B - Category C. Category A: A1 - A2 - A3 - A4 - A5 - A6 A1: A1a - A1b Not all sub categories have sub-sub categories. 6 - Category page layout: Example Category A.... I want three column on the left. And on the right same advertisement boxes that we used on the index page. 7 - At the bottom of each page: 3 column X 4 links= Total 12 links. No magento link any where on the website. 8 - On the bar: There will be "Make a Payment", "Upload File", "Download File" links. These links must work! Make a Payment Page: -A form with required fields to collect the customer information. -PayPal payment. I have a PayPal account. All payments must go through my paypal account. I won't give you my PayPal accoount info. You will have to tell me What adn How to get it from my PAyPal account. Upload Files: -A form with required fields to collect the customer information. -Upload files buttons. 5-6 buttons. -File size limit Download Files: -Visitors can allow certain files that are listed on the page. -Visitor must be registered to download a file. 9 - Visitor selects the item. Add to shopping and Checkout buttons. After visitor makes a payment, they must be sent to another Upload File Page where the client can enter a special instruction, Customer info and order number that was generated during the shopping process and upload their files. Payment>UploadFiles + Order Number + Customer Info + Instruction. The landing page after payment doesn't have to be a Magento Page. We may create a page (SAME DOMAIN), out side of Magento. *** Files must be stored at the server. I should get the file names or links to navigate and get the files from the server. 10 - I have an Online Design Tool. This design tool must be worked under same domain. But it doesn't have to be in Magento site. We can make separate page outside of Magento and Put that tools on this Page. You will have to take care of installation and configuration with PayPal. 11 - Coupon Feature on Magento must work. You will also need to give me an instruction about how to generate and expire the coupons. 12 - Very Good Communication Skills, A Lot of Magento Experience, Good History, Very Fast Delivery. As soon as I give the project to you I want to see immediate progress. I won't wait 12 hours to hear from you. If you're not ready to start the project right away, please don't bid. 13- We will be using shared SSL. You will need to take care of SSL adjustments. I want you to deliver a complete working website with all the features that I mentioned. * I don't know much about Magento and programming. So you will spend coouple hours to teach me through Magento. I won't abuse your time. I just need your guidiance and probably you will spend extra an hour or two to educate me and tell me about the resources that I can find accurate info in the future.
