CMS template modification

I'm willing to pay $100-150 for this work. It must be done in 15 days or less. You will be given a cms template. You can do everything on your server, but later it needs to be installed on the clients host. You will need to modify the template anyway the client wants and add the functionality listed in the attachment. I'm launching a new venture and need a simple website put together by the aend of the year. Goal: The main goal of the site is to generate leads for a consulting practice by getting people to sign up for one or both of two weekly blogs we will be producing on nonprofit related topics. Maintenance of Data/Content: I want to be able to maintain the content myself with some very simple, intuitive content management system (I have some familiarity with Wordpress, but other than that I have very little html or other web skills). Info from users who sign up for the blogs should be captured for easy use later. Number of Pages: The site needs a home page, 5 subpages (1 design okay) and a form(s) page. There will also be several sub-sub pages AND two seperate blogs, the first several sentences of which should be visible on the main page (click for more kind of thing). Hosting, SEO, Broadcast emails, etc: I'm planning on using GoDaddy for the hosting, as well as some of their products for search engine registration/optimization, b-cast emails, etc. I will need a little bit of pointing in the right direction to get me started.
