Design a ecommerce payment gateway with time sensitive webpage (for online learning)

I require someone experienced with e-commerce shoppingcart to help me develop an online payment gateway ( Visa/MasterCard/etc). once a person makes a successful online purchase, they will be redirected to a time sensitive webpage where they can view a 30 min training video. ideally, they will receive a username and login, and a time for viewing this video will commence once they login. After that period, they will have 48 hours to view the recording. After that, they will not be able to access this. If you have done this type of work before or know how to do it, please bid for the work. I will expect that you will send a sample of a website that currently has this facility available. PAUL
