Clone wallpaper site - need expert(s) + fast turn around

I would like a clone of this site: [[login to view URL]][1][][2] However, I would like all wallpaper on the site to be convereted into pixel size 1225 * 453. This should be done tasefully so the main part of the wallpaper remains in place (don't just cut off the corner of each wallpaper). 1225 * 453 should be the only resolution available. There needs to be a admin functionality where I can upload an image and a category and it will automatically be added, and if it's a new category that category will be created on the page. All images here, as well as uplaoded, should have a small watermark put on them (I will give the x,y position for it.) On each of the images, after they are clicked on, there should be a button that says upload to facebook, which uploads it to the facebook album. There should be no ads, but ratings, downloads, views, share, facebook comments, google + voting, all of that functionality should still work. As well as top rated, most popular, and random. This project also includes change the design so it is not obvious that this is an exact copy. A little bit of basic design work will be needed. I'll give you colors and the title/url, you create a clean design. People should also be able to upload their own wallpaper and say which category it goes in or write in a new category. This would be another tab at the top. There should be a top limit of X uploads per day that I can change. After approval by admin (me), it should go onto the website with the watermark and change into the correct size (1225 * 453). Looking for faster 3 day turn around.
