ajax style form in drupal template

A form (using ajax style technology) that will allow a principle (of a school) to reserve for a traveling workshop/show to come to the school. The principle logs in to choose one of the workshops available, choose a date and other details about this show. After submitting the information, a confirmation page is displayed, and an email containing the information requested is sent to the (site) administrator and the principle. This process was created already using asp and javascript and can be viewed at [login to view URL] Login with username Yechi, password hamelech. The new form needs to be copied to look like this flash file (a mockup) at [login to view URL] *[Test out this prototype by clicking reserve now]* into the drupal site - http://jewishyouthprograms.com. The form does not have to be editable in drupal. It should just work within the framework of the existing drupal site. ## Deliverables Attached is a document listing the full specs.
