DNN Catalook Site Broken need repair

We have the latest version of CAtalook, version 5.08. And last week, the pages using the cat_itempaneNF broke and show the error you can see now on the site: <[login to view URL]> The problem has been isolated to this particular module, and we just want to get it back working again. Before the problem occured, a site manager was about to update a product, when first the prices disappeared, then the skin changed colors, then the module completely broke. Since this issue, which ocurred on 4/9, we did a restore of the database only from 4/4. We are waiting to receive a copy of the site from 4/4 that we can also restore. But we will need you to help ensure this process goes smoothly and you will find a solution to this problem without the restore if possible.
