Custom Wordpress Plugin

I need a wordpress plugin designed to allow users to report free sample links that are no longer working. Once they report them, it should go into a moderation que on the admin backend. With one click admin should be able to change all post's category in que to expired and add expired to title. ## Deliverables I need a simple custom plugin for my free sample website powered by wordpress. We have over 1000 free sample posts there and many of the links are expired. The problem is we cannot delete the articles completely because we do not want the expired listings pages to get removed from google. All of the expired listings are getting in the way of peoples ability to find the free samples that still valid. I need a wordpress plugin designed to allow users to report free sample links that are no longer working. When a certain percentage of total views report them I would like it to go into an "expired" moderation que where with one click of the button I can change the category list of the article to "expired", and place the word expired at the end of the title of the article. I would like to be able to modify how stringent the percentage of total views are. For instance I should be able to set the percentage of total views that will have the freebie put in the moderation que. So it should be something like If #% of total views reports freebie as expired after at least ### views then it puts it in the que. Also, I would need a way to do a google custom search where the category "expired" was excluded (so people searching on my site could find only valid freebies). I was told this second part related to the google custom search is very easy to setup. I feel like the parameters of this project (regarding what is required) is very well defined which should make it very easy for you to complete the task.
