Creating Image Of Web App ''Sugar CRM'' For Each User in Membership Site using Word Press

I have a WordPress blog with a Membership plugin and I want to give my customers access to a cusomized version of open source Sugar CRM software inside the blog. I want the action of them paying for the membership to also trigger the creation of an instance or an image of Sugar CRM. If they quit paying for the membership access, their username for private site stops working and also want them not to be able to loggin to the CRM until they update their payment info and start paying again. The membership portion is done and Sugar CRM is up. All I need is for someonwe to integrate it and create a setup where a new user will get an instance or an image of the Sugar CRM system automatically as soon as their paid account is created. Please let me know the best and most economical way I can get this or something similar to this accomplished.
