Create new recruitment site from designs

Summary We have created a brand and design for a new site that we would like to launch. The new site is a new brand for the combining of two already existing websites. The pages that we have created will be sent to the winning worker and full and complete spec. The site is a job board so it has pages that need to be linked in to an API (will release the name again to the winning bidder) There are around 100 static (not accounting for job detail pages) pages that need to be created and the content can be directly pulled from the old site and brand name changed. We also need to match the site architecture for the new site and 301 old pages to new pages on the new site and domain so we do not lose positions for key terms. Each dynamic element is covered in the design. The homepage will need the following: - JS drop down menu - similar to Vmware site - Facebook login for submitting CVs - Quick job search - Latest jobs section - Flash or jscript phone number rollover similar to Nigel Frank website. We will need either a Tumblr or Wordpress blog integrated and matched styling. Joomla CMS integrated so we can update ourselves. This is a very important project and we are looking for very high quality workers who stick to their deadlines. We also want to start a long term relationship with the winning worker for a lot more projects in the future, so you must be good and not mess around!
