Create WordPress Site From Photoshop

I need a WordPress 2.7 theme developed from my Photoshop designs and some custom WordPress coding/setup. Below is an overview of the project: Setup one WordPress installation, but modify WordPress so that different web directories display different versions of the website. For example, [login to view URL] would show version 1 of the website, while [login to view URL] would show version 2 of the website. Each version of the website will display a different background image and content, and generate an XML sitemap and RSS Feed for that specific directory/version of the site. I'm not sure of the best way to set this up. I looked at WordPress Mu, but want one login and WordPress installation where I can access all posts and plugins. I was thinking, maybe each Category in WordPress would be related to a web directory, and all Sub Categories would then be used to organize and display content for different versions of the website. I'm open to ideas and suggestions on the best way to set this up. Please see the attached JPG file of a sample web page. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks. ## Deliverables On one of the web pages, I will need a "Featured Articles Slider" WordPress plugin to display a slideshow of featured content. And on the index page, the main page photo should be pulled randomly from a directory of images.
