I want to take all the contact data related to all the councils off of? the Direct Gov web site and store it in an access database table.
Here is the directory of local councils

I want the data stored with the additional attribute of the region found on the index page.
The database should contain the mailing address properly parsed to match UK addresses.
I also want any email, website and opening hours data logged.

I want two things;
1)? The ms-access database with all the details from the Direct Gov site
2) 100% accuracy of the data extracted with no missing contact elements
