Content Manager

I am looking for a content management system that can be configured to suit my specific requirements. It will be used for my web customers to let them manage sites that I design. It needs to be simple and secure. If you already have a CMS, you will have most of the work already done. More details can be established based on the the resulting responses. If someone has a CMS that is close, then it will just need some mods to suit me. I want to own the product once it is finished and be able to install it on multiple sites without any obligation to the developer. ## Deliverables The customer sites, where the application will run,? are hosted on state of the art Linux servers with Cpanel setups.
